Tom purchased the first Rich Dad Poor Dad book from a car wash in Austin, Texas. After reading it the next day, he was amazed by what he read, calling it “The greatest book I’ve ever read”.
Tom called Robert Kiyosaki the next day thinking he’d contact the publishing company. However, the book was self-published at the time and Robert answered the phone. The two became fast friends, Robert invited Tom’s family to his house and Tom became a contributor to Rich Dad’s meteoric success as the best selling financial advisor books of all-time, and the two have long been trusted friends and allies throughout their continued success.
22-years later Tom has returned the original book to Robert Kiyosaki (pictured on the left) as a token of gratitude for helping him and so many others achieve life transforming wealth.
