I am frequently asked how it’s possible to spend time on developing real estate income – or on any non-medical business for that matter – while running a successful medical practice. I admit that if you haven’t tried, it seems like an impossible task. But like most things in life, it just takes some experience, trial and error, and maybe some help from others.

There are multiple ways to successfully take on such a mission, as well as different levels of commitment. I’ve attempted to put together a few simple steps that have worked for me over the past three decades and that might work for you. They don’t represent an all- encompassing guide to creating wealth on a busy schedule but do provide a firm foundation to start.
